Cpf accrued interest

Accrued interest over a period of 10yrs.

Wah.  Assuming I sell my 🏠, I will need to pay back about 24k to cpf.  😓

What can we do next?
Well we can try to recycle our cpf.


Let say if you got profit when u sell your house,  try to pay in cash instead of using ur cpf again or use as least as possible.

Bought 7k worth of stock.
Utility ⚡ 🚰 energy business 12x PE... To me is cheap.
Every year earned about 350mio.
I am alright with it.

I expect this cash cow to trade towards 15x PE Est. 2.90$.

Treat this as saving 🏦.

Gotten my Dec bonus. Bought 4k worth of stock.
So I decided to buy comfort 🚕 as a saving.
2.35$ at yield 4.4%, I am fine with it.

Every year earn about 300mio.
At 17x pe,  I am quite OK with it.
Acceptable.

FYI I have some holding at 2$.

Net profit. Sgd 2mio.

Singtel 📱committed to pay 175$ dividend for the next 2 years.
At least, I will have income coming in during these period.

I remembered during financial crisis,  at 2$. The dividend yield is at 6.2% then .

Now at 2.85, the yield is around somewhere there .
This is my buying point .
