Cpf accrued interest





Accrued interest over a period of 10yrs.

Wah.  Assuming I sell my 🏠, I will need to pay back about 24k to cpf.  πŸ˜“

What can we do next?
Well we can try to recycle our cpf.


Let say if you got profit when u sell your house,  try to pay in cash instead of using ur cpf again or use as least as possible.
