money💰, so I buy small small.

Agar agar, I see this small cap should be trading at 12x pe.
I assumed they can earn 5mio.
So when they hit 32c I sold it.
Subsequently it rally till 47c.  Lol

I should have use this method sell half ist...

And the rest is history.  See the price now is 19c.

Use less cpf for 🏠 instalment.

Already known,  CPF is meant for our retirement. But often, we have limited cash,  so we have to use CPF to service our instalment.

OK, this year 2020 I have a plan in mind which is to reduce the use of CPF 💰 for 🏠instalment.

As shown, my monthly payment is $579.
I have some spare cash from my grabhitch. So, I will use it to pay the instalment about $300/mth.

So CPF payment is 279 and cash is 300. ✌️
Start small.

Bto ballot process

Ist time put 10$ to ballot bto 🏠. 4 room unit.
Waited about 2wks and managed to get a Q number of 294/235 😒
Nevertheless,  ☝️ cross.
🙏 for ppl to drop out 😂
Hope can get to select a unit. (Low floor I also ok ✌️)

I applied as a Ist timer + pps scheme + mcps scheme.

The new Parenthood Priority Scheme (PPS) under HDB gives priority allocation for new HDB flats to first-timer married couples with a citizen child below the age of 16 (including those expecting a child), by setting aside a proportion of flats for them, to better meet their housing needs.

Married Child Priority Scheme (MCPS)

This scheme helps a married child and the parents to live with or close to each other for mutual care and support, by improving the flat applicants’ chances when they ballot for a new flat. Fiancé/Fiancée applicants may also apply for the MCPS.

Meanwhile,  go to HDB webpage to apply HLE.
HLE is valid for 6 months and need to submit during the booking of unit.

Need not worry if the loan amount is insufficient as you will have 3 years++ to beef up your CPF or save more 💰.

Nearing to collect keys, you can then apply another HLE to see the amount you can borrow.

U can call hdb 🏠 hotline 1800-8663066. Then u can key in your sales application number to know the last Q number.

Last Q number is 59.
16 did not book a unit.
Drop out rate is 27%

Mathematically my Q number now is 277/235.
