Use less cpf for 🏠 instalment.

Already known,  CPF is meant for our retirement. But often, we have limited cash,  so we have to use CPF to service our instalment.

OK, this year 2020 I have a plan in mind which is to reduce the use of CPF 💰 for 🏠instalment.

As shown, my monthly payment is $579.
I have some spare cash from my grabhitch. So, I will use it to pay the instalment about $300/mth.

So CPF payment is 279 and cash is 300. ✌️
